Limited Installation Warranty:
Gutters and Downpipes:
Advantage Gutters Inc. hereby warrants installation of new products for workmanship for a period of 5 years from date of installation.
If, after inspection, Advantage Gutters Inc determines that the new products installed fail to perform adequately due to installation, they will at their option, either replace or repair the product(s) free of charge.
This warranty is for the application and installation only, of new products supplied and installed only by Advantage Gutters Inc and does not cover defective materials, which would be covered by the material supplier’s warranty of up to 40 years (pro-rated). The customer assumes responsibility for the soundness of the structure to which the products are fastened.
Advantage Gutters Inc will not be liable for the misuse of the product or damage caused by settling of structure, fire, hail, ice, snow or wind damage, or other acts of nature. Failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance (ie: regular cleaning of debris from roof and inside of gutters) nullifies this warranty.
